Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:

To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, what steps the Government plans to take as a result of the publication of the Taylor Review of modern working practices, published on 11 July 2017.

We welcome, accept and agree with Matthew’s ambition that all work in the UK economy should be fair and decent with realistic scope for development and fulfilment.

The report is comprehensive and detailed and will require careful thought and further consultation.

We will give the report the careful consideration it deserves and respond in full later this year.
