Question to the Department for Transport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what steps she is taking to help upgrade the A259 through Brighton Kemptown and Peacehaven constituency.

Through our Major Roads Network programme, we are investing £1 billion in road upgrade schemes across the country. This includes the A259 through Brighton Kemptown and Peacehaven constituency, where our investment will help to improve junction capacity and enhance access to public transport and active travel.
