Question to the Department for Transport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, whether his Department’s contract with P&O Ferries awarded through the Freight Capacity Framework Agreement in October 2019 is active.

Since termination of the Government Secured Freight Capacity contracts, no further such contract has been awarded to P&O Ferries. There is no intent to let further contracts under the Framework Agreement.
