Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, when he plans to sign off the business case for NHS England's Project Phoenix; and if he will publish that business case.
This question was answered on 11th September 2017
Project Phoenix, the proposal to establish a new Public Private Partnership model for NHS infrastructure planning and investment, has being developed by Community Health Partnerships Ltd at the request of the Department. A business case for taking forward Project Phoenix is currently under development by the Department.
Subject to its approval the business case will be made publicly available.
