Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many mortgage (a) claims, (b) orders, (c) warrants and (d) repossessions there were in each county court circuit in the last quarter for which figures are available.

Court data can be found in the CSVs published alongside the statistics. The data in the latest publication goes up to September 2022.
