Question to the Department for Transport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, whether he has recently received a revised draft of the National Rail Conditions of Carriage from the Association of Train Operating Companies for his approval.

The Department has received some proposed changes to the National Rail Conditions of Carriage from the Association of Train Operating Companies which we are now considering.
