Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, for what reason an impact assessment was not completed for the Universal Credit (Exceptions to the Requirement not to be receiving Education) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 which came into force on 15 December 2021.

An Impact Assessment had not been prepared for the Universal Credit (Exceptions to the Requirement not to be receiving Education) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 because they restore the original policy intent of Universal Credit.

Reticulating Splines
