Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, pursuant to the Answer of 17 September 2025 to Question 72362 on Gaza: Humanitarian Aid, what progress he has made on an independent investigation since 11 July 2025.

Like many other states, the UK has used estimates from the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) to report casualty numbers in the Gaza conflict, which uses figures as reported by the Gaza Ministry of Health.
