The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) currently has no plans to move civil servants jobs (including those in its associated non-departmental public bodies) to York. The focus of FCDO's efforts under the Government's Places for Growth agenda is to increase staffing levels in its second headquarters in East Kilbride to 1500 by the end of 2025.
