Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what proportion of the defence budget is spent on intelligence services.

The Defence Intelligence budget is reported to the Parliamentary Intelligence and Security Committee and was £349 million for financial year 2020-21. The Ministry of Defence budget for that year was around £42 billion.
