Question to the Department for Transport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, whether any of the recommendations on the Govia Thameslink Railway (GTR) franchise agreement in Appendix 9 of the independent report by Chris Gibb have been taken forward with (a) GTR and (b) Network Rail; and if he will place a copy of that report in the Library.

All recommendations in the Gibb report have been considered by DfT. Any recommendations about GTR’s current franchise agreement are considered commercial in confidence. The report has been published on GOV.UK and placed in Libraries of both Houses.
