Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:
To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, pursuant to the Answer of 31 October 2022 to Question 72508 on Energy: Meters, whether the Energy Price Guarantee scheme: privacy notice published on 1 October 2022 is compatible with the strict Data Access and Privacy Framework referenced in his answer.

The Energy Price Guarantee (EPG) scheme complements the Data Access and Privacy Framework (DAPF) for smart metering.
The Government will continue to work with energy suppliers and Ofgem to ensure compliance with the DAPF.
