Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, whether he plans to respond to Law Commission Electoral Law: An Interim Report, published in February 2016; and whether the Government plans to implement the Law Commission's recommendations to bring forward legislative proposals for a single Electoral Administration Act.

We will continue to work with the Law Commissions on how best to implement the recommendations of their review of electoral law and will respond to their report in due course.
