Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what recent assessment he has made of the potential merits of plans to produce a digital version of the red book at outlined NHS Long Term Plan.
This question was answered on 8th November 2022
We are working with NHS England to ensure that plans for digitising the red book align with plans for patient records. Further information will be available in due course.
