Question to the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, pursuant to the Answer of 14 July 2020 to Question 71762, if he will publish further details on the steps taken on the Government’s supply chain diversification strategy in telecoms supply.

Work to diversify the telecoms supply chain and develop alternative suppliers remains an absolute priority for the Government. We are continuing to work at pace to develop and take forward our diversification strategy and we will set out further detail later in the autumn, in line with the introduction of the Telecoms Security Bill.
