Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:
To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, what estimate his Department has made of the funding shortfall for councils in the next financial year.
This question was answered on 16th November 2022
With reference to financial year 2023/2024, the Government is currently considering elements of the future local government financial settlement and will make announcements in due course.
