Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:
To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, what the average time was for an appeal to the Planning Inspectorate to be validated in each of the last (a) 12 months and (b) five years.

The attached table shows the average time taken for all Section 78 Planning appeals and Householder appeals to be validated in the last (a) 12 months and (b) five years.
