Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, when the Government plans to respond to the Joint Committee on Human Rights report on Protecting human rights in care settings HC 216 published on 22 July 2022.
This question was answered on 2nd November 2022
The Government is considering the Joint Committee on Human Rights’ report and will respond in due course.
