Clinical support leads are responsible for providing support and on the spot advice to Healthcare Professionals delivering assessments.

All clinical support leads must have a minimum of 12 months experience working on PIP with an excellent track record in quality and other performance metrics. They will also have been successful at a competency based interview for a clinical management position.
