Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many people are classed as (a) known and (b) suspected child sexual exploitation offenders; and how many were so classed in 2010.

The Home Office does not hold the requested information centrally. The police forces of England and Wales will hold their own data on child sexual exploitation offenders for operational purposes.
