Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what the average waiting time has been for an application for a form EEA document certifying permanent residence in each month since January 2016.

There is no published data to show monthly waiting times for applications for an EEA document certifying permanent residence during the period requested.

The most recent published figures for the number of applications to European Casework which are concluded within service targets can be found on table in InC 02 of the attached report.
