To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, when the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Prisons and Probation plans to reply to the letter to him dated 15 March 2017 from the right hon. Member for Camberwell and Peckham, on the former Governor of HM Prison Chelmsford, Helen Carter.
