Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:
To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, when he plans to publish proposals on the revision of landlord energy efficiency regulations.
This question was answered on 8th March 2017
The Department is considering options for the implementation of the private rented property energy efficiency regulations, with a view to ensuring they can be implemented effectively by April 2018.
