Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, when he plans to publish his Department's response to the 2016 consultation on child maintenance deduction orders against joint accounts; and if he will make a statement.

The consultation on the introduction of deduction orders against joint accounts closed on 25^th August 2016, the responses are being considered by the department and a response will be published in due course.
