Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, whether his Department collects, holds or monitors data on the number of (a) applications received and disclosures made under the right to ask limb of the domestic violence disclosure scheme (Clare’s law) and (b) disclosures made under the Right to Know limb of the Domestic Violence Disclosure Scheme (Clare's Law) for each individual police force in England and Wales.

The information requested falls under the remit of the UK Statistics Authority.
