Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what assessment he has made of the adequacy of compensation available to people who have become disabled as a result of taking the Pandemrix vaccination; and if he will make a statement.

There are on-going personal injury claims against the vaccine manufacturer of Pandemrix. We cannot comment whilst these proceedings are on-going.
