Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:
To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, what assessment he has made of the performance of the Competition Appeal Tribunal against its objectives since that Tribunal was established.

The Competition Appeal Tribunal is a specialist judicial body which functions independently of Government. Each year the Tribunal publishes its Annual Report and Accounts outlining its performance.
