Aggregate statistics from the Incident Recording System (IRS) are routinely published by the Home Office and can be found here - https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/fire-statistics

The Home Office works to ensure that relevant fire data is used to inform the development of policy. This includes responding to requests from other government departments and where appropriate, making additional data available to them, whilst protecting sensitive personal information.
