Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:
To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, how many former clients of the Pubs Code Adjudicator are the responsibility of the Adjudicator for regulation.
This question was answered on 7th September 2017
The details of individual arbitrations are confidential. The Pubs Code Adjudicator does not share these details with the Department and it would not be lawful for him to do so.
