Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, what recent discussions he has had with Lord Patten of Barnes on (a) the rule of law and (b) democracy in Hong Kong.

I have not recently met The Rt Hon. Lord Patten of Barnes to discuss Hong Kong.
