To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, when he plans to publish details of the pilot schemes for 100 per cent business rates retention; and if he will make a statement.

The Government will confirm the details of the 100 per cent Business Rates Retention pilots alongside the final local government finance settlement.
