Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to the Answer of 23 February 2015 to Question 224410, what steps have been taken to establish a system for recording data about people who have been referred to the UK National Referral Mechanism more than once.

We are exploring how this data can be recorded as part of the NRM pilots.
