Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, when NHS England plans to advertise its property on Treaford Lane, Washwood Heath, Birmingham as for sale.
This question was answered on 16th July 2015
NHS England advises that ownership of the former Treaford Lane Clinic property transferred to Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Trust on 1 April 2013.
As the sale of this property is a matter for the local National Health Service, the hon. Member may wish to approach the Chief Executive of the Trust for the information requested.
