Question to the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, if she will publish an organisational chart for (a) her Department and (b) Ofcom.

Ofcom, as an independent body, is responsible for deciding whether or not to publish its own organisational chart. It currently does not do so.
