The independent Expert Advisory Panel has provided clear advice to building owners with regards to the materials in the external walls of existing buildings. The advice was consolidated into a single document and was published on 20 January 2020: https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/859285/Building_safety_advice_for_building_owners__including_fire_doors_-_January_2020.pdf

The advice is clear that the removal of unsafe ACM category 3 panels and actions to remediate unsafe HPL systems should be carried out as soon as possible.
