Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:
To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what the current backlog of safety critical maintenance work is for each operational oil and gas installation on the UK continental shelf; and if he will place that information in the Library.

There is currently no legal requirement for Dutyholders to report this data to the Health and Safety Executive on a formal basis, this is a voluntary scheme managed by Oil and Gas UK (OGUK). The information being requested was gathered by OGUK and is held by them.
