Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, whether her Department plans to update the Customer Charter issued in 2018.

The organisation is currently undergoing an internal restructure which includes the creation of a dedicated ‘Customer Voice’ function. This new function will seek to review the customer commitments page.
