Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what guidance his Department provides to (a) healthcare professionals and (b) NICE on the role of complementary medicines and alternative medicines.

The Department has not provided any guidance to healthcare professionals or the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence on the role of complementary and alternative treatments.
