Question to the HM Treasury:
To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, what the monthly average waiting time was related to calls to HM Revenue and Customs on universal credit in each year since its introduction.

HM Revenue and Customs does not hold this information. The Department for Work and Pensions administers Universal Credit.
