Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what information his Department holds on future death reports that have been issued in relation to NHS trusts in each of the last five years.

The Department holds no specific information on Prevention of Future Deaths reports issued to National Health Service trusts. The Department is aware only of those Prevention of Future Deaths Reports that are sent to it by Coroners.
