BRE Global Limited’s measurements show that the height of the top occupied storey from ground level is 17.8 metres.

The height of the top occupied storey is measured in accordance with Diagram D6 of Approved Document B. This approach is also used in the ban of combustible materials in the external walls of buildings, the Independent Expert Advisory Panel’s Advice Note and to assess the eligibility to the cladding remediation fund. We have also been informed by BRE that the distance between ground level and the underside of the roof is approximately 21 meters.
