Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, whether fire risk assessments were carried out on the Cube building in Bolton that caught fire in 2019.

The Department is aware of a review of the fire performance of building cladding and fire strategy undertaken in February 2018 and April 2018 respectively on the Cube (phase 1 and 2) by the building owners.
