Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:

To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, with reference to the recent fine imposed on Facebook by the Italian regulators, what his Department's policy is on the sharing of data by companies following their merger or acquisition.
