Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, how many clinical pharmacists have been recruited since the launch by NHS England of the clinical pharmacists in general practice pilot in July 2015.
This question was answered on 16th November 2016
NHS England has confirmed that, as at 31 October 2016, a total of 491 clinical pharmacists had been recruited in the general practice pilot since July 2015. This equates to 435 whole time equivalents.
