Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what the total number of whole time equivalent employees is, including payroll and non-payroll staff, in (a) the Department of Health and Social Care core department, (b) NHS England, (c) Monitor, as part of NHS Improvement and (d) the NHS Trust Development Authority, as part of NHS Improvement at (i) January 2020, (ii) January 2021 and (iii) August 2021.
