Question to the Department for Education:

To ask the Secretary of State for Education, if her Department will publish the data that it is using to measure the effectiveness of the free childcare entitlement in increasing the employment rates of parents.

The Department is developing plans to measure the success of the new entitlement, including its effectiveness in increasing the employment rates of parents, once it is in ‘steady state’ following the full rollout of the scheme from September 2017.
