Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, when he plans to publish details of the earnings thresholds for universal credit that will be used to determine eligibility and entitlement to passported benefits.

We are continuing to work with Departments to help them determine their earnings thresholds. Decisions on the provision of those benefits, including the eligibility and verification arrangements to confirm entitlement, will remain the responsibility of the Departments that own them.
