Hospitality Industry: Licensing

Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:
To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, whether she has recused herself from matters relating to licensing in the hospitality sector.
This question was answered on 13th May 2025
All ministers are recused from policy decisions where there are competing interests. The Deputy Prime Minister has declared her interests in the usual way.
