To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, how many of he 33 claims made to the Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme on behalf of people who have died over the last five years have (a) concluded and (b) resulted in a positive outcome.

Of the 33 claims in the last five years, 6 have concluded, with one resulting in an award.
