Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what assessment she has made of the effect of the UK leaving the EU on the prevention of trafficking of EEA nationals.

The UK continues to work with EU partners to tackle modern slavery and already has well-established rights and protections for victims of modern slavery and human trafficking, including through the National Referral Mechanism and the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
